Oil Boom Renovations, No Overflow Headaches
After buying a 1940s bungalow near Country Club Estates, the Johnsons tore out original plaster walls thick with decades of West Texas dust. Sawdust and drywall chunks piled up fast in their driveway, mixing with brittle wiring and old pipe fittings. With the Ector County Coliseum hosting a rodeo that weekend, they worried a missed pickup would leave debris sitting through heavy foot traffic. They needed someone who understood Odessa’s build cycles—not just drop a bin and disappear.
We delivered a 20-yard container the same morning they called, positioning it tight against their oak tree to protect the lawn. Our crew sorted salvageable lumber on-site per EPA guidelines, then hauled the rest to the county transfer station by dusk. The Johnsons finished demo two days ahead of schedule, with zero Coliseum-adjacent clutter. They even reused some pine beams for shelving.
Mando’s crew hauled it so clean, I forgot we’d ever torn out those walls.
